How will I know if I placed my order successfully?
Once you place your order, you should receive a confirmation email that includes an order number and details of the order. If you’re unsure of whether your order was submitted, please contact us at support@kingsandrebels.ca so that we can look into it for you.
What size do I need for my child?
It is best to measure the feet with a ruler. Behind our sizes you will always find the information in cm.
0 months - 9cm
3 months - 10cm
6 months - 11.5cm
12 months - 13cm
18 months - 14cm
24 months - 15cm
How much does the shipping cost?
The cost for shipping within Canada is $9.99.
How long does it take for the booties to be shipped?
We ship daily from Monday to Friday. Unless there are unforeseen circumstances, your order should arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
Can I return the booties
At Kings & Rebels, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your purchase. You will be responsible for any price difference and shipping costs associated with the exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
Our products are only made with the highest quality materials, consistently providing unrivaled comfort. We adhere to the strictest industry standards to always guarantee the safety of our customers and their families.
What is the difference between the collections?
The difference between the different collections are the materials.
The booties from the Gamuza collection are made of vegan faux suede on the outside and the inner lining is made of soft fleece.
The booties from the Cotton collection are made from 100% cotton.
All collections can be worn all year round. For autumn/winter, however, we recommend the booties from the Gamuza as they keep the little feet cuddly and warm.
